Financial Markets gained renewed hopes of getting back to normal, as early results from CV-19 drug trials have been encouraging. In addition, within the U.S., new cases of CV-19 have been decelerating. Although, the global economic outlook remains a big concern - small businesses are struggling, the healthcare system is overwhelmed and the price of oil has experienced a historic plunge. Even with these concerns, world stocks are attempting to stabilize - trading above our short-term (21-day) trend but still below our medium-term (50-day) and long-term trends (200-day).
Our 'Strength of the Market' view, since last week, remains: Weak but Strengthening
